What is Reiki?

Reiki, pronounced ‘ray-key’,  is known to increase energy levels, promote relaxation and wellbeing and facilitate ones own healing. Through this non-invasive, non-manipulative touch or close to the body, Reiki is a safe, simple, and natural modality assisting in spiritual healing and self-improvement.  The "laying on hands" technique has evolved from the theory that an unseen "life force energy", or Qi (chi) flows through us and if that "life force energy" is low or blocked, we find ourselves subject to sickness, stress and sadness.

Working in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques, Reiki may relieve side effects, promote recovery and create a general feeling of well-being.  Reiki is also effecting for stress reduction and relaxation.  A Reiki session gives a feeling of glowing radiance flowing through and around you, positively impacting the body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects. Reiki treats the whole person.

Developed in Japan in the late 19th century,  Dr. Mikao Usui, the founder of the Reiki system recommended that we each put into practice certain universally acceptable ideals that promote peace and harmony.  Influenced partly by the five principles of the Meiji Emperor of Japan and evolved to create a greater spiritual balance within the Reiki system.

These five principles are outlined here 👉🏽

What is Seichim?

Seichim, or Sekhem, is a universal healing technique originally used in Ancient Egypt.  Using universal energy, Seichim heals on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels - focussing on the heart centre.

Whilst there are similarities between Reiki and Seichim - they both come from the universal energy field,  attunements are given similarly, the same 'laying of the hands' technique, however, they do vibrate at a different frequency.  For example, Reiki energy works through the physical body out into the subtle bodies, the energy dispersing as it ascends.   Seichim tends to focus the energy quite specifically, like a focused bandwidth, and not dispersing as readily.   You could say that Reiki is the light beam of a torch and Seichim is the beam from a laser pointer.  The torchlight is spread yet the laser pen is focused and tightly packed, keeping its light intact longer as it moves through the air.

Seichim can work on all auric levels simultaneously, balancing or clearing energy left behind from trauma, loss or fears - energy that may be creating blocks in our everyday lives.

Re-discovered by Patrick Zeigler in the Great Pyramid of Giza in 1980, his legacy is to share his ALL LOVE method to all, offering training, resources and attunements for free:

What is Pellowah?

Pellowah is also a form of vibrational healing that focuses on the body, mind and spirit resulting in deep and long-lasting energetic “shift” in the years ahead.  Pellowah is an Angelic word for “radical shift in consciousness” and through connecting the 12 strands of DNA ready for activation, achieving an expanded level of consciousness and awareness.

Pellowah focuses first on the auric field and if or when required, moves to the physical body.  Rather than focusing on the physical symptoms, Pellowah aims at uncovering the root cause of an issue to create a healing space to process the emotional blockages which then flows onto facilitate healing of the physical body.

Pellowah is said to connect all 12 strands of DNA ready for activation.  It also unblocks and realigns all meridians within the body giving a feeling of connection and well-being. dissolve negative energy, strengthen, balance and heal the chakras and assist with self-connection and intuitive development.

Oftentimes, a Pellowah session opens a channel for greater clarity, giving the client the answers to a question or a solution to a problem, allowing them to find their own way forward.  Pellowah is also known to assist in complimenting and even accelerating abilities in other modalities.
