Your application is not a confirmation of acceptance, confirmation will be provided at a later date. Please note that priority will be given to small/micro businesses from across the Capital (Canberra, Queanbeyan, Yass and surrounds).
This is an INSIDE event. Trading hours are from 9.30 am to 5 pm on the day of the event.
Bump-in time is from 5 - 9 pm Friday evening.
Pack down from 5 pm.The centre must be vacated by 9 pm.
To avoid duplication, saturation or oversupply of goods and services, the Heart 2 Heart Centre will limit the number of stalls offering similar goods and services. Please provide a description of the types of goods or services offered.
Trestle tables and chairs will be provided for all stallholders and the reading room. If you would like to use your own tables and chairs, please advise in the comments field.
Sessions in the Reading Room are charged at $60 per 25 minutes. Heart 2 Heart will manage your bookings with payments made directly to the reader. Pre-bookings will be open a week before the event. If readers wish to manage their own time and appointments, a limited number of reading tables will be available on the main floor.
A limited number of not-for-profit organisations will be offered a free space for the duration of the event, with all their proceeds going to their organisation.
Public liability is a requirement for stallholders.
The Heart 2 Heart Centre and the Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council expect that the facilities are left in the same condition in which it was found. Excess rubbish or damage may result in a cleaning/repair fee so please remove all rubbish and report any accidental damages as soon as possible.
Invoices will be generated and emailed three weeks prior to the event date. Payment will be required within 14 days of the invoice date. Cancellation fees may apply if we cannot fill your vacancy.
